Vacancy: Sales Manager (IT Products)

Successfully develop a customer base and drive revenue growth with strong persuasive skills and a deep understanding of IT products.


  • At least 2 years of sales experience, especially project sales of IT products (hardware/business process automation) to enterprise customers (banking, retail, telecom, or public sector).
  • Ability to competently and professionally sell and present IT products.
  • Experience with the Prozorro system and tender platforms.
  • Experience in procurement from international donors (World Bank, OSCE, DAI, etc.) is desirable.
  • English level: B1-B2 verbal and written to easily communicate with the client.


  • Analyzing the market and identifying potential customers.
  • Consulting clients on the company's products and terms of cooperation.
  • Preparing commercial proposals and concluding contracts with customers.
  • Participating in tenders.
  • Negotiating with potential customers, analyzing their needs, developing individual solutions, and supporting sales (contracts).
  • Developing long-term relationships with customers (consulting, technical support).
