Inspired by Sweden: results of participation in the Elmia Subcontractor exhibition
The Integrity Vision team has returned from Sweden, full of new impressions, acquaintances, and useful insights for business development. This year, we participated in the Elmia Subcontractor exhibition, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary and is one of Europe's leading platforms for sharing technological experience, presenting innovations, and developing international partnerships.
Elmia Subcontractor 2025 in figures:
- Number of exhibitors: 925.
- Number of visitors: 10,664.
- Number of exhibiting countries: 31.
'At meetings like this the future is created, where companies, ideas and markets come together. For five decades, Elmia Subcontractor has been a place for building relationships, exchanging knowledge, and fostering growth. This year's anniversary demonstrates that the demand for human interaction is greater than ever,' says Ann-Karin Zinnerfors, CEO of Elmia AB.
Our trip was filled with meetings with key Swedish economic institutions, presentations of Ukrainian IT expertise, and visits to leading companies, including the legendary Volvo. This experience allowed us to deepen our understanding of the Scandinavian market and technological trends, as well as to open up new opportunities for partnerships and joint projects.
Meetings with key economic and trade institutions
During the trip, we held a series of important meetings:
- Västsvenska Handelskammaren (West Sweden Chamber of Commerce). We discussed the prospects for cooperation between Ukrainian and Swedish businesses, as well as the specifics of technology companies entering the Scandinavian market. Sweden traditionally supports innovation and digital transformation — areas in which Integrity Vision has expertise.
- National Board of Trade Sweden (Kommerskollegium). This body is responsible for international trade and export promotion. We presented our capabilities in automation, IT consulting, and digital security, and discussed ways to integrate Ukrainian companies into European markets.
These dialogues confirmed that the Ukrainian technology sector is of interest to Scandinavia and that demand for modern IT solutions continues to grow.
'The most valuable thing about Elmia Subcontractor is the willingness of Swedish companies to engage in dialogue and partnership. These are markets that want reliable technological allies, not just suppliers. We see that Ukrainian companies have the potential to become such allies,' says Mariia Bulvinska, head of the marketing department at Integrity Vision, sharing her impressions of the exhibition.
Presentation of Integrity Vision to Swedish companies

We had the opportunity to present our expertise to leading Swedish companies, focusing on:
- business process automation;
- cybersecurity and protection systems;
- implementation of modern IT solutions for the corporate sector;
- consulting and support for digital transformation.
The interest shown by the Swedish audience confirmed that our experience can improve the business processes and customer experience of these companies.
Visit to Volvo — innovation in action
A visit to Volvo, one of the world leaders in automotive manufacturing and safety, allowed us to learn more about the company's approaches to engineering, automation, and sustainable development. This not only inspired the team but also provided practical ideas for developing our projects in the field of innovation and business process optimisation.
What does it mean for our customers
The Elmia Subcontractor exhibition and meetings with leading Swedish companies gave us specific insights that are already being integrated into Integrity Vision's work:
- Better expertise in automation and digital transformation. Communication with Swedish companies has allowed us to track the latest trends in the implementation of business processes and AI solutions in the corporate sector.
- New opportunities for international cooperation. Our partners gain access to a broader ecosystem, including potential collaborations, technological integrations, and the exchange of experience between markets.
- A deeper understanding of cybersecurity and sustainability requirements. Sweden is currently one of the leaders in secure and responsible digital infrastructure. This knowledge helps us develop even more reliable solutions for our clients.
- Higher quality of service and consulting support. New analytical approaches adopted by our team allow us to offer clients solutions that comply with global practices, increasing the effectiveness and accuracy of recommendations.
We are convinced that trips to such exhibitions create new opportunities for Ukrainian companies, open doors to global markets, and strengthen Ukraine's image as a high-tech country. Integrity Vision continues to move in this direction, integrating international experience into its solutions and services for clients.
