Automate what really matters: Integrity Vision organised a conference for Ukrainian banks

On 4 September 2025, Integrity Vision held a large-scale conference in Kyiv entitled 'Automate What Really Matters: How Banks Improve KPIs with Camunda'.

The event brought together leaders of Ukraine's banking sector, business process automation experts, and international partners. Thanks to the hybrid format, participants had the opportunity to attend in person in central Kyiv or join online from around the world. The event was held in Ukrainian and English with simultaneous translation.

About the conference

Camunda is more than just a BPMS. It is not just a platform for process automation; it is an entire ecosystem that provides flexibility in solution design, scalability for large workloads and transparency in controlling and optimising business processes. Thanks to its open architecture and modern tools, Camunda enables companies to adapt to change swiftly, integrate new technologies — including artificial intelligence — and develop forward-looking processes. Conference participants learned:

• how migration from Camunda 7 works,
• what results Ukrainian banks achieve by implementing BPMS,

Presentations and case studies

The programme was packed with practical case studies and demonstrations.

• Viktor Ivanchenko, Team Lead of Integrity Vision developers, explained how to build AI agents based on Camunda 8 and shared insights on accelerating time-to-market with connectors and blueprints.
• Igor Kosenkov, Java developer at Integrity Vision, talked about best practices for implementing Camunda 8, describing the process ‘from the inside.’
• Matteo Gori and Stefan Wiese from Camunda presented the topic of agent-based process orchestration, demonstrating how AI integration is shaping the future of automation.
• Andriy Kashperuk, Deputy Chairman of the Board at Ukrsibbank, revealed the role of business in technology implementation and explained how Camunda became a driver of the bank's digital transformation.
• Anna Ivanova, Head of Corporate Lending at Ukrsibbank, described the details of Camunda's implementation at the bank and how it has impacted the bank's operations and lending process development strategy.
• Mykhailo Ovcharenko, Director of the IT Development Department at Raiffeisen Bank, shared an impressive result: ‘The time it takes to open an account has been reduced from 40 to 7 minutes thanks to Camunda,’ describing a specific case of Camunda implementation at the bank by the Integrity Vision team.

The conference brought together representatives from leading Ukrainian and international banks, as well as companies and organisations spanning various sectors, including energy, telecommunications, logistics and education.

This scale confirms that Camunda brings together not only technology experts, but also financial market and business leaders who are committed to driving digital transformation forward.

Caring for participants

We took care of the comfort and safety of our guests: the conference was held in a convenient location in the centre of Kyiv with a shelter in case of air alarms and secure parking nearby. After the main event, participants had the opportunity to enjoy some inspiring networking. Guests and organisers exchanged impressions and experiences in a more informal atmosphere over a buffet.

Plans for the future

Integrity Vision is the only Camunda Platinum and Migration Partner in Ukraine. We were the first to complete a full transition from Camunda 7 to Camunda 8, and we continue to develop in this area.

We plan to organise similar events every year, where we will talk about the latest Camunda features and share our experience of helping Ukrainian companies to achieve success through automation.
