Keeping Business in Top Shape: Integrity Vision and Camunda Hosted a Large-Scale Joint Conference on Process Orchestration in Kyiv
On September 10, 2026, the Ukrainian IT company Integrity Vision, in partnership with the international vendor Camunda, held its annual professional conference, “Integrity Vision. Camunda. Orchestration: Keep Your Business in Top Shape,” which brought together a wide range of experts for an open professional dialogue.
The main focus of this year’s event centered on flexibility, scalability, and the optimization of operational business processes; the integration of agentic artificial intelligence (Agentic AI) with orchestration; and real-world experiences with the digital transformation of Ukraine’s banking sector.

The conference program covered the full cycle of business process management — from the vendor’s strategic vision to the architectural nuances of development and practical implementation in fintech.
The Camunda team joined online and shared their international perspective: Susana de Jong, Senior Sales Manager, explained why orchestration has become a strategic priority for businesses; Markus Joldzic, Senior Product Marketing Manager, presented the ProcessOS concept for rapid return on investment from processes; and Stefan Wiese, Senior Technical Partner Manager, led a technical deep dive and presented the latest platform updates.
Integrity Vision’s experts focused on practical solutions. Viktor Ivanchenko, Software Development Team Lead, explained how to automate “invisible” processes without developing new interfaces, relying on familiar interaction channels. Ihor Kosenkov, Frontend Team Lead, explored the timely topic of how to securely manage autonomous AI agents (Agentic orchestration) in Camunda 8 without violating strict banking regulations.
Oleksii Kalandarov, Head of Operational Systems and Public Services Development for Retail Business at Sense Bank, presented a real-world case study, demonstrating how Camunda was used to automate interactions with the ASVP and NAIS state registries, significantly reducing the administrative burden on employees.
The event concluded with a dynamic Q&A panel session and a networking session, during which guests had the opportunity to discuss the challenges of migrating to Camunda 8, process automation security, and the integration of solutions into their own IT infrastructure directly with the speakers.
